Unable to scan with uce

I have an undetected moonlight engine...when i try to scan for any value (i've only tried in practice mode), it gives me an error notice saying "Access Denied: Unable to create new Thread", what does that mean? Can anyone help?

I'm having the same problem as Shirozakii. I hit First Scan and get "Access Denied."

Then it leaves the scanning window open, closing it causes another pop-up saying there's been another error.
